Did you know?..

Acupuncture can help to reduce pain, calm anxiety and minimize cravings by normalizing your release of dopamine and increasing endorphins.

Acupuncture could help you to say goodbye for good!

What can I expect from treatment?

We begin with a brief consultation outlining your history, current habits and your goals, as well as looking at your current symptoms so we can understand your experience better and give you an effective treatment.

You will then receive acupuncture, most of the points being located in the ear, sometimes with some body points on the arms or legs to support the treatment. When the needles are in, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the relaxing experience that comes with having Acupuncture!

During this process, we will also apply an Ear Seed (as shown in the picture above), a tiny grain-like Vaccaria seed (barely visible) to an acupoint on the ear which you can use throughout the week to self administer acupressure and beat cravings.

After the treatment, we will spend a few minutes setting goals for the following week which you can keep track of in the daily diary we provide you. This action plan is adapted week by week depending on your confidence and progress.

All in all, the process is designed to help you beat cravings, maintain a relaxed body and mind and help you to achieve your end goal in a realistic and sustainable way.
